Chinese books are available everywhere in China and are not precious, but we are here, and we don’t save every penny. We are trying to save money for children’s education expenses. It is not easy to spend money to buy books from China to the United States, 2021 In June, under the strong efforts of Chairman Huang and President Li, the East Valley Chinese Association finally got a small room dedicated to the association, so under the planning of the two, the original intention of the East Valley Chinese Association to open the Chinese library was simple. It is to provide a place for children and adults to read Chinese books, hoping that Chinese culture will continue to be reserved for the next generation in the American environment where these little Chinese immigrant children grow up to have access to Chinese books.

Book donation activities started in August 2021. Under the leadership of directors Yang Ying and Luo Zhonghua, young volunteers - Andy Li ( 11th ), Andrew Hse (10th), Sunshine Luo (10th) and Daniel Luo ( 8th ) , Editing the book number, arranging the books on the shelves, and officially open for borrowing in October 2021. There are currently about 300 children's books and about 300 adult books, and will continue to accept donations from benevolent people. Thanks to parents who love Chinese culture in various regions for donating books enthusiastically, and library volunteers for investing a lot of time and manpower, so that Chinese children in East Valley have the opportunity to read more Chinese stories and fairy tales.
